Life and Educational Experience:

• I have a 3 year Drafting and Design Technology certificate from the SUN Area Vocational and Technical School.
• I have worked in the field on exteriors including roofing, painting and structural masonry.
• I've worked in historical restoration of the Ulysses S. Grant Boyhood Home, Worked on the John Ruthvan Art Gallery, helped in the preservation of the Brown County Court House as well as extensive brickwork repair for other buildings in the Georgetown, OH region including the historic Store Fronts along the main street in the Historic District.
• I've worked with people in all walks of life for 20 years in the personal care and service industry as a Speaker/Trainer.
• I received my technical training on Residential and Commercial Inspection from the Ohio renowned Hondros College with several locations throughout Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland and Dayton areas.
